Patrick R. Haynes III

Patrick R. Haynes III is the Managing Member of Jackson River Capital LLC and co-founder of Red Cedar Residential, the firm's multifamily acquisitions platform.

Patrick brings an institutional foundation to the firm, having held roles in real estate private equity at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners, Silverpeak, and Rockefeller Group Investment Management earlier in his career.

He holds a degree from Brown University and completed corporate finance studies at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He has served as an Independent Trustee of Power REIT (NYSE American: PW) since 2010, a role reflected in SEC filings.

Chapman Paret

Chapman Paret is Principal at Red Cedar Residential, the acquisitions arm of Jackson River Capital LLC, where he leads deal sourcing, underwriting, and broker relationship development across the firm's Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets.

Chapman brings over eight years of institutional real estate experience to the role. He spent six years at NT Group, a Washington DC-based multifamily development firm, where he led acquisitions and investment analysis — driving site selection, capital formation, and deal execution from origination through stabilization.

He subsequently led land acquisitions at DRB Group, where he underwrote and closed residential and mixed-use land opportunities across Mid-Atlantic markets, building the financial modeling discipline and broker relationships central to his current role.
